Starrlight Meadery is an artisan honey winery opening soon at the Chatham Mill. Check back often to watch us grow as we create a state-of-the-art winery with a medieval-style tasting room.
When we are open, stop by for a bottle of honey wine, a tour of the new facility and a friendly welcome. If you have not tried mead before – just ask, we will be glad to share our love of this extraordinary beverage with you!
