Tom Roberts - Owner of the mill property and principal of Chatham Mills Development Corporation.  Tom has owned many real estate investments for several years.  Tom’s vision for The Villages at Chatham Mills is one of community, the arts, and a model for redevelopment of a historic site.


Ryan Keefer Ford - An associate of Tom, is assisting in the leasing and planning of the development.  Ryan has a solid entrepreneurial mindset and brings many ideas to supplement Tom’s vision for The Village at Chatham Mills.  Ryan is the Managing Broker of the new real estate company leasing the mill, Ford & Associates.
