The Village at Chatham Mills
Over the next few years the Chatham Mills Development Corporation plans to develop the remaining 25 + acres of the site.
Development will begin in stages following concepts of Smart Growth, green architecture, and Mixed-Use design to create a sense of community around places we live, work, and play. Check back soon for more information.
