The central complex of The Village at Chatham Mills, which faces north, consists of original one and two story brick buildings with low side gable roofs and large metal casement windows. A one story brick addition with a flat metal canopy over the glazed entrance is attached to the front of the main block. A two story, front-gabled, four-bay by twenty-bay brick addition connects to the main block on the right. This addition features a sign panel in the upper parapet, "Chatham Mills Woven Labels". The hipped roof entry is enclosed with vertical board siding.

Also on the property are five one story, single pile side gable frame warehouses connected in the center bay by frame catwalks (ca. 1925). All buildings are long in length and feature vertical board siding, tin roofs, and exposed rafter tails.
